Food Diary

This is my homework and I have to do a food diary because I am learning about our food and nutrition.  
I am putting on the blog because it is interesting to know that what I am eating is all paleo. I don't eat dairy, or grains or rice or potatoes (yay) or sugar.  
I have got used to it now and I like not having sugar and potatoes.  I do like the breakfasts i like egg muffins the best because it has ham in it. I like ham. I do like the lamb chops.
